VIII. Other fees
a. Extra curricular $ 1.00- $5.00 (Charge only for student who enrol in these courses)

IX. Other costs consideration for student and their supporter:

d. Field ministry (in Phnom Penh) $25~$35 per month
X. Refund Policy (only for Tuition & Dorm fee, all other fees are not refundable)
a. Associate and Bachelor tuition fee by semester: Non refundable after one month class starts. Amount refundable is only 90%.
b. Tuition fee by month: Non refundable.
c. Credit-hour course fee: Non refundable after one month class starts. Amount refundable is only 80%.
d. Master of Arts tuition fee: Non refundable 2 weeks after the course starts. Amount refundable is only 90%.
d. Dorm fee by semester: Non refundable after one month class starts. Amount refundable is only 90%.
e. Dorm fee by month: Non refundable.
XI. Payment Requirement
If the student does not pay fees before student review day, the student will not be allowed to proceed to the next semester or class.
Late payment is more than 30 days after the beginning of classes. There is no need to pay a penalty if a request for deferment has been submitted and approved.
