PPBS, being a Gospel-centred theological educational institution, has
VISION – to prepare God’s workers in Cambodia to fulfil the Great Commission.
MISSION – to provide the Cambodian Church with leaders of sound Christian character and the ability to:
- faithfully serve the Christian community,
- effectively teach the Bible and
- boldly proclaim the Gospel through words and actions.
OBJECTIVES
- to teach the Bible as the revealed Word of God
- to teach and emphasise Christ-like character in God’s workers
- for members of the School community to work together to build up each other’s faith.

Scripture: the inspired word of God, which is useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness;
Prayer: dependence upon God for strength and guidance;
Compassion: reflecting the loving heart and actions of Jesus;
Stewardship: being accountable to God’s community with integrity, showing selflessness, steadfastness, diligence, discipline and efficiency;
Completeness: fully equipped to do all good works.
